    Registration: Free Karate (Kuk Sool) Seminar

    Each student must sign a waiver before participating in this Free Seminar.  This will be available at the location on or before the date of the seminar.  All minors must be accompanied by an adult and PARENTS must sign the waiver in order for them to participate.
